Process for filing Monthly & Annual PAYE Returns

To download the SAMPLE forms listed below:

1. PAYE Tax Form A (ANNUAL)
2. Employees Annual Returns Form H1 (ANNUAL)
3.  Monthly PAYE Remittance Schedule (MONTHLY)*

From the CRIRS Website (www.crirs.ng), follow the steps below:

1. Click on the “Downloads” menu
2. Locate and click on the menu Titled “Forms”

Or click/type the link https://www.crirs.ng/forms-2/ to load the forms page.

3.   Provide PAYE  remittances as specified in the downloaded forms above.

4. Provide bank printout/evidence of payment.

5. Covering letter, Addressed to

“The Executive Chairman,

Cross River State Internal Revenue Service,

New Secretariat Complex,

Murtala Mohammed Highway,

PMB 1063.

Calabar, Cross River State.”

6.  Please submit all above in soft and hard copy

*Please on submitting all above, get e-filing Login details (Username & Password) from the PAYE unit for future monthly remittances
